Uni House is a brand new development of 70 studio apartments in Selly Oak in Birmingham. Ideally located for the university, Uni House offers a choice of self-contained studios over five floors. There are four styles of accommodation to choose from, including Deluxe, Premier, Premier Plus and nine Penthouses with balconies. Each studio includes an ensuite with shower or bath/shower,  fitted kitchenette with washer/dryer, desk area, Smart TV, wardrobe and bed with storage under.

These luxury studios all benefit from solar power. By implementing this into the structure, we are able to reduce our carbon footprint and reduce energy costs by using a truly renewable energy source.
